Within the framework of the further education project „ProfiLehrePlus“ (hereinafter: ProfiLehrePlus), the University of Bavaria e.V. collects, uses, and stores your personal data exclusively in accordance with the regulations of the Bavarian Data Protection Act (BayDSG), the Telemedia Act (TMG) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
We take the protection of personal data very seriously. We only collect, process and use data that is imperative for the necessary purposes of ProfiLehrePlus and the affiliated educational institutions (generally: Universities of the Free State of Bavaria).

Collecting and processing of data
Every access to our website and every retrieval of a file stored on this website is recorded, regardless of whether you register for further offers with ProfiLehrePlus using personal data. The storage serves internal system-related as well as statistical purposes; should you enter individual data such as name, address, employer (university), or account details for the further use of offers provided by ProfiLehrePlus, these entries automatically serve this websites purpose of offering and administering seminars within the framework of ProfiLehrePlus.

Furthermore, a shortened version of the IP addresses of the requesting computers are logged. During the continuing online registration the following data is collected from the users: last name, first name, address, date of birth, gender, e-mail address, telephone (optional), university, institute / chair.
